Nobody thought of the mythical beings as human, so they caught them and sold them to the ones with enough money.

Now in the year 4020, a few of the mythical creatures are owns but they are mostly vampires. The others are still bought and sold although humans have been added into the mix. The ones wealthy enough to buy and own the slaves, which is what the myth creatures are.
